Australia's law enforcement have called off the operation for a four-year-old child who has been missing in the wilderness for approximately several weeks, after renewed efforts were unable to locate any traces of the boy.

Gus Lamont was observed playing around his residence on a secluded sheep station in the vicinity of Yunta, about 300km from Adelaide, on late September.
His grandparent briefly departed for about half an hour before looking for him, only to find the child nowhere to be found, prompting one of the most extensive ground and aerial operations in the region's history.
Latest Situation
Police - who do not suspect criminal activity - say they will persist examining, but that the matter has become a "search for recovery".
Last week, police temporarily wound down the search, only to recommence it on recently alongside numerous defense personnel.
"Spokesperson authorities said police were searching a broader area based on revised assessments from survival and rescue professionals, rather than any fresh leads."

On the end of last week, officials stated that the new search had not uncovered any signs of Gus.
